The deposit is £250.00 and will be refunded when your child leaves the nursery (please see contract). This will also be refunded if you decide Flower Pots isn’t the right nursery for child within their first four weeks here.
When the form’s and deposit is received you will be contacted to arrange the settling in sessions and to ensure you do not have any further questions regarding your child attending the nursery.
You will be sent (or given if the first settling in session is sooner) a letter of confirmation detailing the session’s you have reserved for your child, the monthly fee and any settling in sessions booked.
During the registration process you will also be given:
A communication book for your child which will be completed when your child attends the nursery so you know what they have been doing, eating, sleep times etc.
A welcome booklet containing more information about the nursery and information on Birth to Three Matters/ Foundation Stage (whichever is relevant for your child).

Your child’s key worker will be introduced to you during your child’s first settling in session and they will spend time getting to know you and your child to ensure continuity of care.
We understand that choosing the right place for your child is an extremely important decision. We recognise the primary role of the parent and we are privileged to be chosen as the day carer, we realise the importance of two way communication and value parental input and views.
